President’s Day is here! Located just one block from the White House, this Washington, DC hotel has been visited by almost every single US president since Franklin Pierce in 1853. Arizona Biltmore, a Waldorf Astoria Resort

Also referred to as “The Jewel of the Desert”, the Arizona Biltmore opened its doors in 1929 and was actually owned by William Wrigley Jr., of the Wrigley chewing gum company. It’s luxurious ambiance quickly attracted many acclaimed guests. The Reagans celebrated their honeymoon there and almost every president since has visited its beautiful property.

With an art-deco feel and a modern English manor-style elegance this is one of the most famous luxury hotels in New York. A popular landmark for politicians in the States as well as royalty from overseas, this hotel has all the fabulous amentities one could dream of. Every president since Hoover has stayed here at some point and many have continued to visit the hotel years after their presidency.

The Fairmont in Copley Plaza is considered one of the historic hotels of America and has been frequented by every US president since Taft, as well as many celebrities and royalty from all over the world. It’s lavish entrance hall is known as Peacock Alley because of its beautiful architecture and décor and can be spotted in the background of many presidential photographs.
