Its headquarters in Can Picafort had been in operation for over 70 years, and operating the company in the hospitality industry for the same length. Their hotels are located in Mallorca and Menorca, Balearic Islands in Spain. They have six hotels and aparthotels in Mallorca and one 4-star aparthotel in Menorca. Out of the six properties in Mallorca, three are hotel & Spa the 4-star Ferrer Janeiro, the 5-star Caprice Alcudia Port and the 4-star Hotel Ferrer Concord which is an adult only hotel. Others are Aparthotels such as the Ferrer Isabel, Ferrer Tamarindos and Ferrer Sofía. Menorca also has a 4-star Aparthotel named Ferrer Skyline. Some of the amenities in the Ferrer Hotels are adult and children heat-able semi-Olympic swimming pool, bicycle garage, a wellness center and a bar. This complements the wide stretch of white sand beaches and artistic architectures.
