It is again divided into two, the main Hall used for theatre performance and the concert hall used for other music events or festivals. The third is the Aichi Prefectural Arts promotion Service which promotions and information of different arts and crafts are found here. Last is the Aichi Prefectural Library that displays different reading materials. Also, they encourage people with a handicap to visit the library because they also offer materials suited for them.
