Coldwater, Ohio is a village in Mercer County founded in 1838. It was not platted until 1859. Originally, it was known as “Buzzard’s Glory”. Its current name was taken from the nearby Coldwater Creek. The nearest airport is the Lima Allen County Airport (AOH).

It aims to raise funds for the community through carnival rides, concerts, drinks, fireworks, food, games, parade, and sporting events. Another nearby event to look forward to is Summerfest in Fairview Park, which is held every late June until early July. It is a festival for the community and by the community, featuring carnival rides, fireworks, food, live music, parade, and a whole lot more. Since it started in 1992, it has been encouraging collaboration and companionship among locals.
