Casper – Natrona County International Airport was previously named Natrona County International Airport until it was given its new name on December 19, 2007. It is located 6.8 miles northwest of Casper, Wyoming. In September 1942, the airport started to be Casper Army Airfield. Later on, it was turned over by the War Asset Administration to civil control and it became Natrona County Municipal Airport and now to its current name. In 2011, a comedy film, Bridemaids had a scene in the airport where the characters had an emergency landing. Bring your friend and family to nearby cities such as the Alcova, Bar Nunn and Evansville.
