Hato International Airport – CUR Willemstad
Hato International Airport is alternately known as Curacao International Airport. It was previously named Dr. Albert Plesman International Airport. The airport is situated 7.5 miles from Willemstad, Curacao. It is the main airport of Curacao and offers flights to destinations in the Caribbean region, South America, North America and Europe. It owns the title of the third longest commercial runway in the Caribbean region, the reason why it can accommodate a Boeing 747. Nearby cities include Punda, Santa Catharina and Scharloo.
