Edinburgh International Conference Centre (EICC) in Edinburgh, Scotland, United Kingdom is the main convention facility in the country. It was designed by architect Sir Terry Farrell. Construction started in 1993. It was inaugurated in 1995.

It is a medieval fortress first established in the 13th century.it was abandoned by the 17th century. Today, it is a Scheduled Ancient Monument. It has a well-preserved, 16th-century dovecot or pigeon house. Tourists should also visit Falkirk Wheel in Falkirk. It is a rotating boat lift, the only one of its kind in the world.
