Fashion Center, Paramus, New Jersey, United States of America
The Fashion Center is a shopping center located in Paramus and was opened in 1967. However, during 2009, it slowly underwent some de-malling process as many malling centers are emerging at that time. The property of Fashion Center Paramus is owned by the Willner Realty of Pennsylvania with less than 15 fashion stalls on its hand. Due to a strict observance of Blue Laws, or Sunday Laws, the Fashion Center is closed every Sunday. In September 2011, the fashion line Lord & Taylor opened, yet got closed in 2013. Later on, it was replaced by a World Market Store three years after its closure.
One of the main attractions in New Jersey is the Oradell, a small town near Paramus. Oradell prides itself on the Van Saun County Park, which is home to Bergen County Zoological Park while being operated by the Bergen County Parks Department. This park can be multi-functional, as it can be used not just as a children's playground, but also as a sports field, jogging, and picnic areas. This zoo has a miniature railroad express known as the Safari Express that could take guests from one place to another, with a tour guide educating the guests about the animal species present in the zoo. The next stop would be the Saddle River County Park, a 596-acre park, which consists of five sections, stretching from Ridgewood to Glen Rock. The Hilton River is a chateau-styled hotel with an indoor restaurant, fitness and wellness center and swimming pool. The hotel is also accessible to these tourist destinations. The Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Paramus and Courtyard by Marriott Paramus are great options in terms of comfort and distance from the center or to any attraction sites. Spend your spare time to neighboring cities to Paramus such as Emerson and Hawthorne.
