Finale Ligure, Italy is a beautiful and interesting place. It is a commune located on the Gulf of Genoa and is considered a part of the famous Italian Riviera. There are three “parts” or “boroughs” in Finale Ligure. Finale Ligure Marina is the main part as well as the seaside part of town. Finale Pia is the center of the town where it is more traditional. Finalborgo is located further inland and has a walled medieval town. The nearest airport that can take travelers close to the town is the Genoa Cristoforo Colombo Airport. It will take another 53-minute scenic ride to get to Finale Ligure.
Best Time to Visit
Finale Ligure is best explored when outdoors, so it’s best to visit when the weather is clear and there is little to no rain. From May to July and August to October are considered the best months to visit the town. Tourists can peak at the last week of June so it’s best to book ahead in order to secure accommodations.
