Adagio is an apartment-hotel brand launched by AccorHotels and Pierre & Vacances as a joint venture in 200. Adagio manages rental residences and apartments in tourist cities. The brand emerged in the industry when they targeted French clients. The group prioritized the growing tourism in France. They designed various tactics to serve French hospitality to cater both locals and foreign guests at an unparalleled manner. At that time, Adagio was setting up its foundations and France’s cities were the places to do it. Urban tourism was a hit in the country, and Adagio was right in the heart of it. In 2011, Adagio was already able to acquire Citea. They turned it into Adagio Access which became a sub-brand in the Adagio network.
