Fuling, China: A Known Manufacturer of Pickled Mustard Products
Fuling is part of the municipality of Chongqing in southwest China and is served by Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport (CKG). It is a district known for the hot pickled mustard tuber called “zha cai.” Besides that, Fuling, China is noted for having been the place for a book titled “River Town: Two Years on the Yangtze,’ which was written by Peter Hessler, the former U.S. Peace Corps teacher.
