Perhaps one of the remaining less populated areas in Japan is the village of Ginoza, Japan in Okinawa. Its name translates into “suitable field in which to sit.” The pretty town is surrounded by mountainous terrains on one side while the crystal Pacific coast runs on the other. An hour away from the town is the Naha Airport (OKA) which has both domestic and international Asian flights.
