Hanzhong: A Walkable City with Sights to Discover
Situated between the Qin and Micang mountain ranges, Hanzhong, China lies on a fertile basin along the Han River. At the south of the region, the Daba Mountains begin their ascent. Hanzhong is home to several museums, forest parks, and recreational sites for locals and travelers alike. Travelers who come through the Xianyang International Airport can take a bus to the city. The Xi'an North Railway Station also passes through Hanzhong.
Best Time to Visit
Travelers are encouraged to take advantage of the good weather in Hanzhong, China in March to June or September to November. The months with the least precipitation are January, December, and February. Humidity is at its peak in November and at a low in April. Don't miss out on the Canola Flower Festival and the Pear Blossom Festival in Yangxian County, both happening in March.
