Ike Hamilton Expo Center
The Ike Hamilton Expo Center is a huge indoor facility built for different types of events. Located in Monroe in Louisiana, the 5,300 sqm indoor arena is an ideal venue for different functions, from small meeting and international conferences to dirt racing and livestock shows. The expo center just off I-20 has an impressive capacity of 2,900 seats of which all are but handicap-friendly. It houses a covered cow barn, 500 stalls with access to electricity, warm-up areas, and 180 well-maintained RV slots. Horse shows and rodeos are the main events held in the 7-acre indoor facility but other events including concerts are very much welcome.
The Ike Hamilton Expo Center hosts an array of entertainment and business events annually. It is only 8 minutes to Monroe when you travel via Interstate-20 E by private vehicle. Rayville is also easily reachable, just 27 miles from the expo center. A number of decent hotels are scattered around the area, from budget ones to high-end.
