Iloilo International Airport – ILO Iloilo
A public airport operated by the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines, Iloilo International Airport is also known as Iloilo Airport with airport code ILO, located at the municipality of Cabatuan. It is the main airport that serves the province of Iloilo in the Philippines, as well as the Western Visayas region, making it the fourth busiest airport in the country. It is a hub for Cebu Pacific, and is considered to be one of the largest airports in the country. Its 2 other proposed names were Panay International Airport and Graciano Lopez-Jaena International Airport.

Iloilo International Airport (ILO) started to operate in June 14, 2007, which replaced Mandurriao Airport as the main airport serving Iloilo City for over 70 years. It has one runway measuring 8,202 feet made from asphalt concrete that has a longer runway compared to its Mandurriao Airport, which can withstand movements from wide-bodied aircrafts. It also has an above mean sea level elevation of 27 feet. It has recorded 2,215,074 passengers in 2018, with 22,691 aircraft movements. Aside from the passenger and cargo terminals and control tower, it also has a fire station, administrative, mechanical and maintenance building. Serves as the primary gateway to Panay Region, ILO-Iloilo International Airport is flocked by many tourists to visit Cabatuan for the Tinuom Festival to know more about its history and culture.
