J. Wayne Stark Galleries in College Station, Texas offers educational opportunities that help promote humanities and visual arts. Through interpretation, exhibition, preservation, and research, it is actively involved in the stewardship of art collections. It has a permanent collection focused on American drawings, paintings, photos, and prints from the 19th and 20th centuries. Opened to the public in 1992, it was named after the Memorial Student Center’s first director, J. Wayne Stark.
