Kunigami: Okinawan Summit, Jungle and Awe
In Kunigami District on the north tip of Okinawa Island, Kunigami is a village in the Okinawa Prefecture of Japan. In the subtropical, mountainous town, the goddess Amamikyu consecrated the first utaki or sacred place, according to legend.
