Liaocheng is a prefecture-level city in northwest Shandong province, China. As Yellow River, intercepts with the Grand Canal in Liaocheng, the city is called “Water City.” Bordering provincial capital of Jinan, Dezhou, Tai’an, and Hebei and Henan respectively by counter clock-wise, Liaocheng is in the center.
