The best time to visit Marsciano is during the months of April through October, for the perfect weather. The busiest months are usually February, May, and December. It commemorates Ubaldo Badassini, a Bishop of Gubbio in the 12th century. Locals do pilgrimage with lighted candles as part of the observation. The seating and stage areas are no longer the original ones constructed in the 19th century. Only the eclectic brick facade of the original structure remains.
