Best Time to Visit
Muscat’s weather is mostly hot and humid. As such, the summer months of June to August are the slowest for tourism. During this period, hotel and lodging deals abound. Tourism peaks during December to February, so if you wish to have a winter vacation in Muscat, Oman and attend the Muscat Festival in January and February, you must make preparations in advance and book your accommodations early.
