Nagaragawa Convention Centre, Gifu, Japan

Nagaragawa Convention Centre is a multi-purpose complex center in Gifu, Japan built in 1995 and opened to the public on September 1 in the same year. The main center has the largest space and is mainly used for concerts offering 1,689 seats where walls are adjustable to give different designs. Also, the center has a dome-shaped conference room with a view of Nagara River, Mount Kinka and the Castle of Gifu. This conference room is used for international conventions held in the country. Also, small, medium and large-sized rooms are offered from meetings. This convention center is established to attract local and international companies held their conference or any business ventures here.  It was designed by the famous Tadao Ando in an egg-shaped structure to makes it easily recognizable.

Ogaki, the nearest city in the center offers different hotels and leisure activities you can enjoy. Comfort Hotel Gifu and Uetoh Ryokan are the nearest hotels that offer quality service in an affordable price. One fun place to visit is the Aquatotto Aquarium, which is the largest freshwater aquarium in the world. It showcases 220 species of fish, reptiles, and mammals. Gifu Castle on the other hand, offers some historic adventure. After that, you can drop by at the Gifu Park, which is 3 minutes away from the castle. The park is a public park that offers different attractions such as the Japan-China Friendship Garden, a pagoda and a wellspring area.
