National Center of Art and Culture (Centro Nacional Artes y Cultura) or CENAC for short is in San Jose, Costa Rica. Currently, it is within an old Liquor Factory called Antigua Fanal. The complex is composed of museums and performances area. It is also the home of the Ministry of Culture. The National Cultural Center is also part of CENAC. The said cultural center is a large performing art campus in Costa Rica. Locals and tourists alike can watch performances related to dance, art, and, theater. The Museum of Contemporary Art and Design hosts several exhibits from various Costa Rican artists. The block size area also serves onlookers who wish to enjoy watching artists enjoy their craft.
