Beijing Nanyuan Airport – NAY Beijing
Considered to be Beijing’s secondary airport, Beijing Nanyuan Airport with the airport code NAY was an airport for public use before and became a military airport that has served the city of Beijing. It is situated at around 8.1 miles from Tianamen Square which is a city square in central Beijing, and 1.9 miles south of 4th Ring Road, which is an express road in the said city.

It was the first airport in the country and has started its operations upon the experimentation in creating aircrafts within Nanyuan. It has recorded to have accommodated 6,512,740 passengers and 44,469 aircraft movements in the year 2018. The airport stopped conducting flights in the year 2019, month of September.
