The center is a vision of four amazing and incredible women: Martha Benson, Janet Harris Squires, Priscilla Sage, and Veronika Ruedenberg, committed to further the progress of arts, especially in Ames. It is a non-profit organization, which is a keystone since 1966 of the cultural scene in the city.
