Springville: Next to the City of Love, or is it?
Springville, Tennessee is another one of the United States’ unincorporated communities. It is located in the county of Henry. While there are no prominent points of interest within the town’s limit, the city of Paris, TN is just a short ride away. Numerous state parks and national refuges are also just mere minutes away from the heart of the town. Springville is the place to go when you do not wish to be around a lot of people.
Best Time to Visit
Half the year it is warm while the other half of the year is cold at Springville. Light to moderate rain is also experienced throughout the entire year and occasional snow fall prevails during the winter season. Enjoying the nearby parks and outdoor recreational areas in town would mean lots of walking. For that matter, the most recommended time to visit the town is between May and September. Do take note that June has the highest amount of rainfall and there are a lot of visitors during these months so Springville hotels may be pricier than usual.

Witness firsthand how gorgeous pearls are fished out from the river and maybe even buy one for your own keepsake at Tennessee River Freshwater Pearl Farm and Museum. There is a replica of the famous Eiffel Tower at the neighboring city which coincidentally is named Paris too. A visit to the Paris-Henry County Heritage Center will shed you some knowledge on the entire county’s glorious heritage and background.
