Tamuning: A Tourists’ Haven Chamorro Town
Tamuning is a town in the state of Guam in United States of America. Tamuning, US is also known as Tamuning-Tumon-Harmon. The city of Tamuning in the north of the island of Guam is highly industrialized and modernized that it is considered as the economic center of the state of Guam. Initially, Tamuning was just one village but it was later fused with other tow nearby villages the Tamun and Harmon. These three villages later has been more commonly known as the Tamuning, in the present. Within Tamuning is the tourist’s center of the state – Tamun, which has several prominent hotels and shopping centers. The town is easily accessed through A.B. Won Pat International Airport (GUM).

Tamuning, Guam is warm and sunny almost all year round. Dry season in this region, the most recommend time to visit, falls in January to June. Several tourists flock in Tamuning, US during the dry season especially during March when the Chamorro Heritage Day Festival is celebrated.
