Solare Hotels & Resorts is a collective of hotels operating a total of 9,556 rooms in 57 locations all over Japan, plus one location abroad. It was founded in February of 2004 as a subsidiary of Hudson Japan, a US-based asset management firm. The multi-awarded hotel chain provides a comfortable and high quality hotel experience in each location for its guests.
The brand aims to make each stay an enjoyable and fulfilling one, and have been aggressively expanding its portfolio throughout the country with its corporate philosophy of “Come, let’s build a new hotel.” No two Solare hotels follow the same uniform format - each one was created to deeply reflect its connection to its location. As part of the journey of creating hotels where guests would want to stay, Solare Hotels & Resorts manages hotel rooms, retail outlets, food & beverage outlets, public baths and spas.
The Solare group manages hotel business operations, and operates varied hotel types, from limited to full-service hotels. They also provide ideas and discuss experiences with hotel owners who wish to be a part of the Solare brand, and are considering renovating or creating a new hotel from scratch.
