Ardastra Gardens, Zoo and Conservation Center is the brainchild of Hedley Vivian Edwards. She is a horticulturist who started this park in 1937 that eventually became the breeding ground of flamingos. At present, this zoo in Nassau, Bahamas is also the home of around 200 other animals.
