Ambunti Airport – AUJ Ambunti

Ambunti Airport is located in Ambunti, Papua New Guinea particularly in the Ambunti-Dreikikier District situated in the East Sepik Province. Ambunti Airport has an assigned airport code of AUJ and serves as the gateway to the April Salome Forest Management Area.

AUJ mainly caters to the town of Ambunti, which has a total population of 2,110 residents. Aside from Ambunti, AUJ also serves the district of Bundi located in Madang Province with Usino acting as the capital. Bundi is one of the six districts that make up the Madang Province.
