Bancasi Airport, situated in Butuan, Philippines is one of the major airports that are home to airlines serving the general metropolitan areas of Butuan City in Agusan del Norte. This is the only airport available in the province and the largest one in the whole of the Caraga region. It is classified as a Class 1 Principal Domestic Airport by the Department of Tourism of the country. All of the flights in the airport are domestic with routes from Butuan to Manila and vice versa as well as from Butuan to Cebu and back. Agusan del Norte is the nearest town to enjoy when looking for excitement and fun in the region. You can head to the Butuan National Museum, the Balangay Shrine Museum or the Cabadbaran Church for some leisurely time in the region. Sak-a Falls is also located conveniently nearby.
