Cambria, CA, the Latin for Wales, is a little village located in the seaside portion of San Luis Obispo County in California. The city is perfectly nestled among the Monterey pines and houses only approximately 6,000 residents. Cambria, California has been called various names such as Slabtown, San Simeon, Rosaville, and Santa Rosa over the years until finally settling with Cambria in 1869. June is a rather busy month for Cambria, CA hotels as the tourists flock to the town for the annual Classic Car Show & Chili Cook-Off and several other music events.Fewer visitors are coming into the area in November.
