Opened in 1983, Charleston Town Center Mall is the biggest downtown based shopping center in the eastern part of Mississippi River. It is an enclosed shopping mall located in Charleston, West Virginia where large part of it was transformed into office spaces. Owned by the US Bancorp, Charleston Town Center Mall has more than 130 stores on its two levels and a food court at the third level.
