The Centre for Chinese Contemporary Art, or simply called the Chinese Arts Centre, is a contemporary art located at the center of Manchester, England. The Chinese Art Centre goal to educate the public about contemporary Chinese arts and culture. Since 2013, the Chinese Arts Centre has made a partnership with the University of Salford to create and build a collection of Chinese modern and contemporary artworks. Following this partnership is the funding from the Heritage Lottery Fund, the center finally opened in 2018, including Chinese catalogs, artist monographs, and festival publications. The Centre for Chinese Contemporary Art also selected great Chinese artists, such as Cao Fei, Carol Yinghua Lu, Gordon Cheung, and He Chengyao.
