Chetumal International Airport - CTM Chetumal
Chetumal International Airport (CTM) is a public airport that is operated by Aeropuertos y Servicios Auxiliares (ASA) since 1974 and is owned by the government, which also runs 18 other airports in Mexico. It conducts international and domestic flights for the city of Chetumal, located at the east coast of Yucatan Peninsula.

CTM Airport has an above mean sea level elevation of 39 feet, and has one asphalt runway measuring 7,244 feet. It covers 230 hectares of land, has a 13.14-square-meter land for commercial aviation. It has a SENASICA satellite office. It was in the year 2011, 9th of October when ASA decided to finance its expansion, funding 19 million Mexican pesos to initiate it. The project included the expansion of the landing strips as well as the main terminal. It has been consistently experiencing growth over the year, 2018 being the latest to have recorded 321,785 passengers. The immediate city which is Chetumal, as well as Felipe Carrillo Puerto, Estero Franco, Pedro Antonio Santos and Kohunlich contributed to this success.
