Found along the banks of Pocomoke River in Pocomoke City, Maryland, the Delmarva Discovery Center is a museum intended for the exploration and appreciation of the significant history and natural beauty of Delmarva (the peninsula made up of Delaware and the eastern shores of Maryland and Virginia). It occupies a historic house completed in 1922 with an Art Deco style. Today, the museum stages a range of exhibits as well as hosts special public events and educational programs for almost everyone.
