Pangborn Memorial Airport - EAT Washington
Pangborn Memorial Airport is a public airport owned by the Ports of Chelan and Douglas Counties and based in Douglas County, Washington. The only passenger airline flying at the airport is currently Alaska Airlines, while Ameriflight and FedEx Feeder fly the cargo airlines. As of 2015, the airport managed an average of over 44,000 aircraft operations. Between 2015 and 2016, the busiest domestic route taken from the airport was to Seattle-Tacoma.

Pangborn Memorial Airport opened to the public in 1941. It was named after famed pilot Clyde Pangborn, who, together with his co-pilot Hugh Herndon, manned the first non-stop flight cross the Pacific Ocean from Japan all the way to Washington. The town of Leavenworth is a nine-hour drive away from Douglas County, while the city of Cashmere in Chelan County is only 19 miles away. Orondo and Entiat are accessible tourist spots at only a 30-minute drive away from the airport.
