Edgar Centre
The Edgar Centre is a multi-functional indoor sports center located closely on the shore of Otago Harbour, in South Dunedin, New Zealand. The Edgar Centre is known to home the Otago Nuggets basketball team and the Southern Stell Netball team. The center is also considered as the largest single building in New Zealand with a total of 14.4-hectare size. Aside from being a sports center, the Edgar Centre also included refreshment facilities, seminar rooms, and control rooms, which can accommodate up to 1,600 guests. Interestingly, it also won the Hillary Commission in the 1996 Win-Win Facility Award. Visit Roslyn, a nearby village.
