Best Time to Visit
The establishment of an additional terminal complex was due to the increase in passenger traffic traveling to and from Hurghada International Airport. The Arab Fund for Economic Development invested $335 million to fund this project. Today, Hurghada International Airport has two terminals with 72 check-in counters and 20 departure gates, serving both domestic and international flight operations. The additional facilities were able to help passengers to process their traveling documents quickly. Outside the terminal, there are car rental booths and taxi centers that cater to travelers to their next destination at Soma Bay or Makadi Bay.
