Kami, Japan is a city located in Kochi and is established for more than a decade. It is the product of the merger of the towns of Tosayamada and Kahoku together with the village of Monobe. Kami is twinned with the city o off Largo in Florida. The region is home to the Kochi University of Technology and can be accessed via the JR Shikoku Dosan Line that connects the area to the northern parts of Shikoku.
