Laucala Airport – LUC Laucala, Fiji
Laucala Airport (LUC) serves Laucala, one of three small islands east of Thurston Point on the island of Taveuni, Fiji. It is a privately-owned island which is home to the exclusive Laucala Resort. The private airport operates day and night, its grooved concrete airstrip suitable for all aircrafts like jets and private aircraft have permission to land there since international procedures such as customs and immigration clearance are taken care of by the resort by request.

LUC-Laucala Airport welcomes international flights as well as aircrafts jetting from Nadi and Suva. Mid-size business jets, Turboprops, and Piston Aircraft are permitted to land at Laucala Airport. There are four small hangars available at the airport that house aircrafts flying in. One of them can even be used as a Nose Dock for mid-size business jets while smaller jets and Turboprops fit inside the hangars. The breathtakingly beautiful and unspoiled Laucala Island has become the destination of choice by some of the world’s rich and famous personalities.

Matei Airport (TVU) located in the northern end of Taveuni is an airfield on another nearby island.
