Pals: Medieval City Full of Gastronomy
Part of the Costa Brava region, the village of Pals, Spain is one of the most enchanting destinations that still feature medieval charm. The entire village was proclaimed a Site of Historical Interest in Spain. Its name means “Marshy Ground”, given the surrounding marshes and ponds in the city.

Tourists can start their trip at the Torre de les Horas, which traces its history in the 11th century. After checking out the Romanesque tower, tourists can proceed to the 15th century Museu-Casa de Cultura Ca La Pruna, which features Catalan cavas and wines. Remains of an English warship can be seen at the Museum of Archeology. After exploring the city, tourists can retire to the lovely rooms of La Costa Golf & Beach Resort.
