When it started in 1949, it was intended to take advantage of the city’s strengths as “The Garden City” and promote economic activity post-war and the rest is history. Meanwhile, in March, the three-day Toowoomba Show is held. During the festivity, people may enjoy family-friendly activities through live entertainment, stalls, rides, among others.

Tourists shall see the many parks and recreational areas that Toowoomba, Australia is proud of.
