Gulu Airport - ULU
Gulu Airport is a military and public airport located in Gulu, Uganda. The airport has an IATA designation of ULU and is located 188 miles north of the largest airport in Uganda, Entebbe International Airport. The airport sits 1,070 meters above sea level and the largest military and civilian airport in the region. Charter flights are also served in the airport to several other airports such as the Pakuba Airport, Arua Airport and Moyo Airport.
Best Time to Visit
There is a passenger terminal, fire and rescue as well as transportation services available in Gulu Airport. Customs services, immigration and fuel can be also accommodated in the airport upon early arrangements. Weather service is not available in the airport. A non-directional beacon is also available in the region. Regular scheduled passenger services are available in the airport through Eagle Air Airlines and Sky Travel and Aviation to Entebbe Airport and Juba respectively. Gulu is a nearby town you can check for unique and fun dining experiences.
