Xingtai Dalian Airport in Xingtai, China is a small airport that serves the city and several others nearby metropolitan areas in Hebei Province. The airport is located nine miles from the main city airport. XNT Airport is mostly used as a military airport at present. Back in 1993 to 2001, the airport used to serve commercial flights domestically in nearby cities. The airport underwent expansion in 2011 after the Civil Aviation Administration of the country of China approved and released a 300 million Yuan fund for the expansion and improvements in the airport. This move may allow the airport in accommodating commercial flights in the future.
