Greater Moncton Romeo LeBlanc International Airport is named in honor of the former Governor General Romeo Leblanc. Before it was renamed, the airport was known to be just Greater Moncton International Airport. It is situated 4.6 miles east northeast of downtown Moncton, Canada particularly in the city of Dieppe. The Greater Moncton International Airport Authority runs the operations of the airport and the Canada Border Services Agency serves as staff.
