Charlottetown Airport or YYG-Charlottetown Airport is an airport run by Charlottetown Airport Authority that is located around 5.6 kilometers north of Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, Canada. It is owned by Transport Canada and is classified as NAV CANADA’s airport of entry, meaning it provides immigration and customs services for incoming flights. The Department of Transport transferred financial and operational responsibilities to Charlottetown Airport Authority year 1999 with a 60-year lease agreement. It is still owned by DOT, by the federal government.

In 2017, Charlottetown Airport (YYG) had recorded a record of 370,688 passengers who boarded and alighted to and from the airport. Cavendish, a summer destination in PEI or Prince Edwards Island is nearby Charlottetown, Canada and it has no doubt contributed to the rise in numbers of passengers annually at the airport. Expansions has been promoted by CAA including custom facilities, added flights from Delta Air Lines, and the runway, installing 2 7000-feet runways. Passenger flights are taken care of by Air Canada Express, Air Canada Rouge, WestJet and SunWing Airlines. This airport has been rendering its service to the area since the 1960s, with Eastern Provincial Airlines as its primary airline.
