Topeka Regional Airport – FOE Airport
Topeka Regional Airport is a civil and military public airport. It is located in Shawnee County, Kansas. According to the National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems, it is a general aviation airport but has no airline flights as of present day. According to the airport records in 2010, it was able to handle 14,922 passenger boardings.

FOE Airport was formerly known as Forbes Field Airport. Several airlines used to serve in the airport including United Express, Allegiant Air, Midway Airlines, and Frontier Airlines. The airport is being used by the University of Kansas and by schools for its charter flights. FOE Airport currently occupies 2,854 acres of land and has two concrete runways. The airport is currently home to many military services including the Kansas Army National Guard to name a few. Cities nearby include Mayetta, Lawrence, and Holton all of which benefit from the charter flights offered by the airport.
