Maude Cobb Convention Center
Maude Cobb Convention Center is a multiuse facility in Longview that is dedicated to an industrious lady by the name Maude Cobb, who was a friend and inspiration to every resident in Longview. Opened in January 1984, the center is part of the Longview Convention Complex and covers a total area of 40,000 square feet. It has five auxiliary rooms and its amenities include dressing and shower facilities, movable staging arrangements, acoustical sound system, glass foyer, and a portico. Moreover, the venue features a 30,000-square-feet main hall with a 2,500-seat theater, 2,150-seat banquet, and a 1300-seat classroom.
Located in the core of Longview, Maude Cobb Convention Center offers easy access to clubs, restaurants, shopping, and hotels. Super 8 by Wyndham Longview/North and Homewood Suites by Hilton Longview are two best hotels that are less than 5 minutes away from the convention center.
