Built in 1998, the CBSO Centre is a live music venue set in the city center of Birmingham, England. It is the hub and rehearsal center of the Birmingham Symphony Choruses, Birmingham Symphony Orchestra, and Birmingham Contemporary Music Group. The center has a 310-seat auditorium, which is used for public performances and as a rental space for exhibitions and receptions. CBSO Centre is built by the Associated Architects, a leading architectural firm in the city, and has maintained a frontage of Rowe’s Lead Works. The center also has ample backstage and loading areas, dressing rooms, and instrument storage. Rehearsal studios for smaller ensembles are also available.
